BenzinLitre is an application of BRAIN MINDS Technology Corp.

BenzinLitre will be referred to as “APPLICATION”, and users who downloaded and use BenzinLitre from their devices will be referred to as “USER”. The opportunity to pay for fuel via app, publish or get information is the (“Service”).

BenzinLitre, the USER users who use the most appropriate gasoline prices; It is an application that allows you to discover through the mobile application with options such as fuel type, gas station.

USERS who want to use the APPLICATION can download the APPLICATION to iOS, Android compatible mobile phone, tablet or computer, fill in the sections required for registration and start using the application.

The USER accepts and undertakes that all information provided during registration is always accurate, complete, fair and up to date. The scope of this information is determined by BenzinLitre and can be changed and expanded as necessary; can refuse membership application without any justification.

User Information

In order for you to use the Service, you must provide BenzinLitre with certain information about yourself and your checking account. The information you are required to provide includes your name, address, email address, driver’s license number, phone number and checking account information, and any other information you are asked to provide when you sign up to use the Service.

Benzinlitre may use information that we collect about you through the Service to:
  1. provide access to the Service and to provide you with requested services and customer support and to process and respond to your inquiries;
  2. personalize, customize, measure, and improve our services, content, and advertising and otherwise to enhance your experience of the Service;
  3. analyze the accuracy, effectiveness, usability, or popularity of the Service;
  4. generate and review reports and data about our user base and service usage patterns;

  6. resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems;
  7. contact you with information, including promotional, marketing and advertising information and recommendations that we believe may be of interest to you;
  8. provide you with other services requested by you as described when we collect the information;
  9. provide you with information we deem relevant when you visit third party merchant locations;

If you use the Service on a mobile device, with your consent, we may send push notifications to your mobile device to provide updates about the Service and other relevant messages. You can manage push notifications from the “Settings” page within your account. You may also be able to manage them from your mobile device’s settings page.
